Can Chaos Lead To Success?

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

Worry, frustration, confusion, sleeplessness and fear are all components of the chaotic mind, making just one simple goal difficult to achieve and hindering success.

There is no success in a mind of chaos. One needs to attain peace and calmness in the mind in order to encourage positive thoughts.

Normally one finds it very difficult to manage and control the mind. Sometimes, one may feel that the mind is similar to a balloon, blown by the wind, taken to any direction and circumstance the wind takes it. When things come out well, the mind is contented, but when things go badly, instantly the mind becomes very unhappy.

Because the mind and one’s emotions are connected, a disturbance in one will distract the coordination and harmony of the two. For instance, when one gets the result or the relationship that he wants, such as a partner, a job promotion or a new car, one bonds to it very tightly.

However, because often, these possessions and relationships are uncontrollable, the moment that one is separated from all these causes so much pain. And all the negative emotion causes chaos.

Such mood fluctuations arise for the main reason that one is closely attached with the outside situation. However, when the mind is relaxed, one makes an inner room and clearness which enables one to control and manage the mind despite the external situation.

Gradually one develops mental balance, which is a state of the mind that is happy and positive always; confused mind moves back and forth between the intemperance of despondency and excitement.

In meditation, one can achieve a peaceful and calm mind that is free of worries and anxiety, so one can experience happiness, encouraging and attracting positive behavior; a chaotic mind, only attracts negative feelings and behavior, therefore it is a barrier to setting and achieving goals.

With a chaotic mind one will have a hard time experiencing happiness, even when one is already in the best of circumstances. Constant meditation trains the mind to gradually be more and more cheerful and peaceful, eventually experience balance and happiness, being able to stay positive even in the most complicated or worst situations. This is a state of mind that is very crucial to achieving success.

The mind is like a station, sending out energy or power signals (your beliefs and thoughts). These energy and power patterns are then grasped by the subconscious mind that is responsible for creating the circumstances, situations and events to assist one in achieving what one’s beliefs, thoughts and goals are.

The subconscious mind never distinguishes what is bad or good for you; it only acts on what instructions it receives from the conscious mind, meaning what your thoughts and beliefs are.

So while there is that desire in you that you want to accomplish a certain goal, if you do not truly believe and truly trust that will be able to, if you, with your chaotic mind constantly think about the reason why you can not achieve something rather than why it will be easy for you to do it, then you will be sending instruction to your “subconscious mind” to establish certain circumstances in which it will be difficult for you to accomplish your goals.

This is the reason why negative thoughts should be eliminated and only entertain positive thoughts, all the time.
Constant positive affirmations likewise attract positive situations, and influence the subconscious to create a situation favorable to you. Affirmations are positive thoughts spoken with great trust, faith and absolute power that what you say, you will accomplish.

Remember, first and foremost to keep a focused mind and never entertain negative thoughts. However, should a negative thought enter your mind, block it off with positive thinking and never, never affirm it. For like the chaotic mind, verbal affirmations can greatly affect your attitude towards accomplishing your goals.

Never be a prisoner of the chaos in your mind. Release all those hurts, frustration and anger that you feel deep inside. Look at the world in a different point of view and believe that you can accomplish anything as long as you have faith in you that you can.

There is no success in chaos, and chaos will not lead to success. It is balancing the mind, releasing all stress that the mind feels, letting go of all negative thoughts and making a clear image of the life that you want to live, can there be success.

The Outer Illusion - The Inner Reality

Thursday, June 5th, 2008

Look at the world around you. Look at the circumstances, the events, and the people in your life. All of this is nothing more than a projection of your inner being. The outside world is an illusion. A big, beautiful, complex illusion, but an illusion nonetheless. In this illusion you can see, smell, taste, hear, and feel. You can feel excruciating pain, indescribable ecstasy, and just about anything in between. The illusion is as real as you want it to be. It won’t stop just because you recognize it as an illusion.

Ironically, the reality is within you, not outside of you. All of the pain, pleasure, joy, love and everything else you can imagine is within your very being. You’ve always heard people say, “The answers are within you”, right? Well, they truly are! After birth, we spend most of our time acclimating to this external environment in which we seem to live. No wonder it is so difficult to perceive our internal realities – we have focused for years exclusively on the external. We look for our answers outside of ourselves, in books, people, and events. Little do we realize that the external events and information that we come across is being generated from within ourselves.

But what value comes from recognizing the external world as illusion and acknowledging the internal world? The external world, at least to the extent of our current understanding, is very real. Every day we see, smell, hear, taste, and feel all of the sensations that our external world has to offer. We can touch the objects and feel them, how can that not be real? And more so, if it isn’t real, does it even matter? We seem to be stuck in this reality anyway.

The important thing is to realize that everything comes from within. All of the answers you need are within you. You will continue living in the world of maya, but learning to access your inner being is of utmost importance. Instead of seeking, seeking, seeking outside of yourself, you need to learn to meditate deeply. You need to learn to shut off your mind, which is little more than a very noisy distraction that keeps you cemented firmly in the physical illusion. Once you are able to quiet that beast, you will begin to experience your internal universe, which is full of far more wonder than even the external. You can find the answers to all of your questions, the answers to your very desires, inside yourself. You can receive guidance, advice, and instruction.

That’s the part that is important – learning to turn within. Your external life will be greatly enhanced as you connect to your inner reality, as the external reality is nothing but a projection of your inner worlds. Learn to still your mind, look within, and re-connect with your true spirit, which is infinite, all-knowing and all-permeating. You can also begin to see the external world more as it truly is, and the infinite possibilities will become more apparent. The more you recognize the illusory nature of the external world, the less you will feel bound by the supposedly unbendable laws of nature. Good luck and happy inner seeking!

Tuning In To A Greater You

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

The universe in which we live is one of infinite possibilities. There are literally no restrictions on what you can be, do, or experience. We place restrictions on ourselves, unknowingly. By breaking down our own mental barriers and belief systems, we can better learn to tune in to the greater realm of possibilities available to us as spiritual beings.

Breaking down belief systems can be frustrating. It can take a long time, and you will find that not long after, a new belief system has sprung up in the old one’s place. This cycle seems never ending at first, but eventually, after breaking down your systems of belief multiple times, you will find yourself feeling more open, more aware. You will have less need for belief systems, as in general belief systems form to assist us in navigating our daily life without thinking about things.

By increasing awareness, it is possible to bypass some of the time it takes to cyclically break down your beliefs. By increasing awareness, you become more present in the now moment, and more possibilities begin to open to you. When navigating thoughtlessly and automatically through life, we need to set up certain barriers and shortcuts so that we can move as quickly as we need to. In a more aware existence, this is less necessary. Everything you need is available to you as you need it.

The best method for increasing awareness is to learn meditation. In learning to meditate, you learn to silence the constant chatter of the mind, which keeps us rooted in the past and looking into the future. When this chatter stops, you find yourself calmly present in the here and now. It sounds anticlimactic, but you will be surprised to realize how little your focus has actually been in the now. The now moment is a breath of fresh air. It is the only true moment of time, that through which the future passes to become the past. Your only experience is within the now – you have been in the now all of your life. By learning to awaken to this moment, you will begin feeling the nostalgia of childhood, before you formed so many brick walls within your mind and solidified your beliefs about reality.

Practice breathing awareness. Simply breathe in and out, not fast, not slow. Become aware of the breath as it enters your body, turns around, and exits again. Some say that at the point of that reversal, between in-breath and out, you can find the truth of your being. Learn to pay special attention on this tiny gap. Find the secrets that are held within.

Meditation will bring a soothing calm into your daily life, as well as assist you in having more energy and clarity. As you begin to find the silence within yourself, you will begin to open to the truly infinite possibilities that await you. Good luck!

How to Meditate For Peace

Monday, May 12th, 2008

Meditation is a powerful skill that can benefit your life in many tangible ways. To start with, the Law of Attraction is far easier to apply when you know how to block distractions during your visualization exercises. Meditation allows you to relieve stress, both in the moment and in general, as the effects of meditation will begin to bring you a more peaceful state of being even when you are not meditating. Meditation also allows you to stop negative thoughts, or to get out of loops of thought that distract you or keep you awake at night. It becomes easier to set your worries and fears aside, and you may even have a spiritual experience, allowing you to see beyond the veil of this physical reality.

So how do you meditate? To start, all you need to do is stop everything and sit down somewhere. Be comfortable, but not in a spot where you can easily fall asleep. Sit with yourself and become aware of the thoughts that your mind is processing. It may be difficult to just sit still, especially at first when your mental chatter can nearly drive you crazy. After awhile though, your mind will become bored and run out of things to do. If you can remain still when this happens, you will enter a state of pure being.

This state is still, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. You will feel your concerns about the past and the future melting away, and only the present moment will matter. Your stress levels will lower and you may begin to feel somewhat euphoric. Don’t do anything, don’t think anything, and don’t judge the experience, just learn to sit and be. This is far more difficult than it at first sounds, and yet it is the simplest thing in the world.

All of the huge benefits of meditation await you behind this door, and until you can truly sit and meditate, you will not realize any of these effects. So it is crucial to get through the difficult part, which is going to be the first few times you try this. Your mind, your ego itself, is not used to being still, to being silent, or to focusing on the present moment. Your mind must reference the past and plan for the future, it must be busy and active, and in stillness, it dies away. So expect your mind to put up a good fight. You may feel discomfort, or out of control thoughts. You might even begin to feel like you’re sitting on a stove, and every cell in your body will want to lurch up and go do something.

Resist this until it stops, and you will find the beginnings of true inner peace. I can not stress the value of learning to be silent. There is a wealth of information and emotion within you that you do not have access to until you have become still. You may find yourself working through past issues that are affecting you. You may find yourself blasted into a spiritual experience. You may just find that sitting in euphoria is incredibly pleasant. In any case, your manifesting abilities and your spiritual side will flourish with the simple addition of meditation to your regimen.

How To Raise Your Energy Waves

Thursday, May 8th, 2008

Your energy is that which composes your very essence, from your spirit to your physical body, penetrating all of your senses and encapsulating your mind and emotions. Believe it or not, you have full control of your own energy at all times. Most of us have not learned to control it, and many of us are so undisciplined that we never will. It is possible, however, to learn perfect control, so that your life is a living reflection of exactly what you choose to hold in your energy. A good way to get started is by learning some higher forms of energy practices and exercises.

Meditation is the bare essence of what you must put into practice in order to begin taking control of your energy. Simply put, meditation is learning the ability to simply be, to sit with yourself, mentally silent, and be one with your self in the present moment without any thoughts, worries, judgments or expectations. It will take awhile to work through the constant mental chatter that characterizes your daily mindset. You will have to learn to let that fizzle out at first, becoming accustomed to the feeling of mental silence. Later you will be able to quickly stop your mental ramblings whenever you choose.

Learning pure one-sided focus is the next step in developing yourself. By learning to concentrate on one thing for extended periods of time, you will begin to truly grasp the workings of the Law of Attraction. One-sided focus will allow you to manifest faster, which will begin to point out to you the fact that you are manifesting your reality, both the good and the bad, at all times. This will allow you to begin making better decisions about what you think and emote about, ultimately changing your thought patterns from a mix of positive and negative to a more perfected positive frequency.

Raising energy allows you to feel more alive, to actually pull more energy into your being for use in your perceptions, activities and daily rituals. You will be less tired, less negative, and more spiritual when you fill up with this powerful light energy. Raising energy is usually accomplished in a state of meditation, but once familiar with the sensations and habits of raising energy, it can actually be done anytime with ease.

So by learning to halt your mind rather than be controlled by it, as well as accepting a more proactive role in learning to be in the present moment, you will begin to accomplish control over what energy you put into your experience. Perfecting your focus will allow you to manifest even more quickly, and raising energy will bring a more positive focus into your life. When using these important skills together for an extended period of time, you will come to the point where negativity is entirely wiped out of your life.

Attracting a Peaceful Life

Thursday, April 24th, 2008

Do you at times feel that your life is full of turbulent? In reality, there is metaphorical peace and war going on all the time. The thoughts that you hold, which affect your vibrational frequency, determine where on the scale your experience falls. Learning to raise your energy so that you attract positive, peaceful circumstances is very important. Let’s discuss some ways to do that.

First and foremost, learning meditation is by far the most powerful tool you can utilize to raise your energy. By learning to become silent, you can use visualization, much like in your typical law of attraction work, to raise your energy. The major difference is that when you are raising energy, you will feel it as you do it. Once you have begun to feel your energy body, there is no mistaking the feeling of raising your vibrations.
