In the work that I do, I’ve got the opportunity to see beautiful human beings with lot of self esteem issues. Low self esteem creates a whole lot of different behaviours.
Some behave timidly, some behave loudly. Some hide behind, some wants to show off. Some hope no one notices them, some dresses so that people won’t miss them.
Whatever the case is, you shouldn’t be trapped in any incidents that contribute to your low self esteem. Here are some of the things you can think and improve on that should be enough for a week.

Anyone who is living consciously must be continuously setting goals in their life. Setting personal goals get us moving forward. It also brings purpose into our life. It gets us thinking of what we want in life.
Unfortunately, most people don’t discover what they want in life until it’s time to die – and that’s a shame.
Most people spend the best years of their lives watching television or doing things they dislike. An author described humanity by saying, “Most people die at twenty and are buried at eighty.” Are you one of the living zombies?

Mastery – becoming so good at what you do that people are willing to pay you a high price to get your service. Achieving mastery allows you to amass tremendous wealth and freedom.
There is mediocrity in this world, too much of them. And Mediocre can only charge at what other mediocre is charging. But a master can charge 2 times, 5 times or even 10 times that amount.
